The Ministry of Transportation says it will be expanding its road de-icing program in northwestern Ontario this winter.
Over the past two years, the M.T.O. has spread a de-icing liquid on the Trans-Canada Highway between Dryden and the Manitoba border.
Max Perchanok is a spokesperson for the M.T.O. and says they have recieved positive reports on the de-icing program so far.
