Municipal leaders are heading to Ottawa this weekend for the annual Association of Municipalties of Ontario convention.
One of the issues local mayors and councillors will be
bringing to the table will be funding for the Parkview Apartments in Kenora.
Last week, several municipal leaders met with Housing Minister, John Gerritson at Queen’s Park.
Gerry O’Leary is mayor of Sioux Narrows/Nestor Falls and says a decision could be made about funding for the project later this month.
