NAN concerns for Federal Budget

The Grand Chief of the Nishinawbe-Aski 1st Nation is concerned by what he
sees as finance minister Jim Flaherty’s failure to address 1st nations in
his outline of the upcoming federal budget.
Stan Beardy says so far the minister has excluded the recommendations from the 1st ministers meeting on aboriginal issues.
The suggestions included changes to aboriginal health care, education & housing.
