A drug seizure is being reported by Nishnawbe Aski Police in the community of Attawapiskat.
The seizure made by civilian volunteers at the Attawapiskat Airport where they located Methamphetamine and Marihuana during an airport search.
Police say the drugs were then handed over to the detachment and the drugs had a combined street value of $23 000.
Police then say as a result of investigations, a 54 year old woman has been charged with two counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.
