National Aboriginal Day

This is National Aboriginal Day with a number of events going on in area communities.
A special ceremony is being held at Cooper Park in Dryden at 10 o’clock.
High School students and students from Riverview School will be involved in the ceremony.
Sioux Mountain in Sioux Lookout has arranged a number of classroom activities with support from Elders.
A powwow is being held in the afternoon.
