NDP Believes Province Isn’t Doing Enough To Address Energy Rates

The opposition is critical of the new Northern Ontario Electricity Rate.
The province has announced the program will be continued past its 2016 expiry date.

Bisson says by freezing the subsidy, it really amounts to a cut, with electricity rates set to rise by 32% over the next five years.
