The opposition remains critical about what it says is a lack of progress on the Ring of Fire mining project in the Far North.
NDP critic Michael Mantha says government stalling is threatening the future of the project.

Acting Northern Development and Mines Minister Bill Mauro insists progress is being made, including on-going discussions with the federal government for a match on provincial funding committed for a transportation corridor to the area.
