NDP Leader Not Pleased With Softwood Deal

The Federal Leader of the New Democrats is not supporting the new
Canada-US softwood lumber agreement.
Jack Layton has wraped up a tour of Northern Ontario Mills and is
demanding Prime Minister Harper recall Parliament to debate the deal.
Layton adds the last minute inclusion of a 2-year termination clause
is bad news.
Layton says Ontario should continue it’s litigation against the United States.
Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec are considering continuing legal
action against the States, if the current softwood deal isn’t altered.
