NDP Leader Upset With Seat Distribution System

It doesn’t matter how many Federal seats Ontario receives, it won’t
benefit this Region.
So says Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton who stresses whether its
10 or 21-seats, Northern Ontario will get short changed.
Premier McGuinty continues to fight with the Federal Conservatives
about bumping the number of Ontario seats to 21.
