The NDP is going through a bit of a rebranding and are now calling themselves the Progressive Opposition.
Leader Tom Mulcair says even though they are not the official opposition, they are still going to hold the new Liberal government accountable.
Mulcair says they will ask the tough questions at the appropriate time.
He notes he was impressed with the diversity of the new Cabinet and adds his goal from the start was to unseat Stephen Harper.
Mulcair also plans to put together a review to determine what went wrong in the last election and why so many NDP MP’s lost their seats.
