NDP MP Looking at Forestry Committee

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty is calling for the development of an all-party caucus committee focusing on forestry.
The N-D-P forestry critic says given the state of the industry, it makes sense to form such a committee.
Rafferty notes there are similar committee’s focusing on issues related to the steel industry as well as border issues.
Rafferty says while the Conservatives have yet to respond, the Bloc Quebois have indicated there support.
