NDP nominate Cameron over Barclay

There will be a new name on the ballot in the next federal election for the NDP in the Kenora Riding.

Over the weekend, the party sent a travelling ballot box
around the riding, and Tania Cameron was selected over Susan Barclay.

Barclay has represnted the NDP in the last three federal election, while Cameron is a newcomer to federal politics.

She says the next few months will be a busy time for her.

Cameron is the band manager of the Dalles First Nation, located north of Kenora.

She will face incumbant Liberal M.P. Roger Valley and
Conservative candidate, Greg Rickford when the next federal election is called.
