Necessary Funding Secured for Skateboard Park

The final piece of the funding puzzle is now in place for the Dryden
Skateboard Park.
The Trillium Foundation has handed the City a $25,000 cheque which means the necessary funding has officially been secured.
Director of Community Services Bill Latham says they still need a final
consultants report before construction can start.
Latham says they may be able to dig a hole this Fall but notes a
majority of the work won’t likely begin until early Spring.
