New Aboriginal Policy in Place

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board has become the first
Board in Ontario to establish a policy aimed at helping aboriginal students.
With parents and students permission, the policy will allow staff to
collect data on aboriginal students in a bid to enhance student learning.
Director of Education Janet Wilkenson says they have 2 other goals in
mind.
