New CAO For Red Lake

There’s a new Chief Administrative Officer in Red Lake.
Mayor Phil Vinet says they’re excited to welcome Mark Vermette, who will take over effective July 29th.
Vinet says Vermette brings a wide variety of skills and has lots of experience that will be enjoyed by residents and staff.
Vermette was recently involved in the community development business for a major mining company and previously worked for the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines.
He is replacing Brian Anderson, who spent 38-years working for the municipality.
