Unifor members at the Dryden Volunteer Recruitment and Referral Centre have approved their first contract.
The deal provides the ten members with a lump sum pay out of up to $300, a 3% wage increase this month and an additional 1.5% wage increase next April.
Local National Representative Stephen Boon says talks went smoothly.
Boon adds the contract provides strong seniority provisions, solid language and a number of key workplace improvements.
The contract expires at the end of July, 2017.
