The Union representing 70 custodial, maintenance and trades workers and the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board have reached a new contract.
The deal is a result of 3 days of negotiations last month and has been ratified by the Board and CUPE.
Both sides indicate the agreement is a fair one.
Local Union President Ron Wells says the deal includes a pay raise and improvements to the benefits package.
The contract runs to the end of August, 2006.
