New Mayor In Winnipeg

The City of Winnipeg has a new mayor.
Brian Bowman beat out three other people for the top job in Manitoba’s largest city.
Bowman is a lawyer and former president of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce.
He picked up about 47% of the popular vote, well ahead of second place finisher, Judy Wasylycia-Leis, who claimed only 24% of the ballots cast.
