New Medical School Spaces Opening Up

The Provincial Government is creating additional residency positions at Ontario’s medical schools.
75 new spots will be phased in over the next 5-years beginning in the summer of 2011.
However, how many new spaces allocated to the Northern Ontario School of Medicine is unclear.
Ministry of Health Spokesperson David Jensen says those discussions with the school have yet to take place.
