New NOACC President

There’s a new face at the head of the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chamber of Commerce.
Kenora Chamber President Andy Scribilo was elected at NOACC’s meeting last weekend in Sioux Lookout.
Scribilo will officially take charge in April 2011 when NOACC holds its annual general meeting in Kenora.
