New Osnaburgh Residents Return Home

153-evacuees of New Osnaburgh First Nation have returned home.
Band Council has determined that its safe to allow them to return.
Ian Davidson is the Deputy Minister of Community Safety and he says forest fire conditions in the area have improved.
Davidson says they gave the all-clear because there is road access to the community.
The evacuees were staying in Sioux Lookout.
No new evacuations of First Nation communities due to raging forest fires are planned in the coming days.
