Quebecor is selling of its Enligsh language holdings for 316-million dollars.
Postmedia is purchasing 175 dailies in the deal, including the Kenora Daily Miner and News, the Winnipeg Sun, all other Sun papers as well as others.
The deal also includes specialty publications and some digital properties, but not the Sun News Network.
