New Police Station in Sandy Lake First Nation

The Federal and Provincial Government’s are both providing roughly $1-million in funding to build a new Police Detachment in Sandy Lake First Nation.
Kenora MP Greg Rickford made the announcement Monday.
The new facility is badly needed and will result in better working conditions for officers on the reserve.
