New Policy for Catholic School Board

Management and staff with the Northwest Catholic District School Board will be held accountable in achieving a number of goals in the near future.
A strategic plan drafted by the school board looks at strengthening governance, staffing issues, business plans and student achievement.
A comprehensive board-wide code of conduct has also been adopted.
The new code looks at stricter policies for drug use, weapons, assault and language.
This is required by the province under the safe schools legislation.
