The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board says it’s dramatically changed the way administration makes decisions.
Instead of a top-down approach, the public school board has been getting feedback monthly from front-line staff.
The efficiency review started five years ago with a focus on addressing the needs of students.
The school board suggests the Efficacy Strategy has helped increase enrolment, created new programs like the Hockey Academy and generate funding for a new high school in Sioux Lookout.
