The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is hoping to start public consultations shortly on its plans for a new High School in Sioux Lookout.
Director of Education Sean Monteith says they have their eye on two properties; the current Queen Elizabeth site as well as the Sioux Mountain site.
Monteith says no firm decision has been made.
He notes they don’t have a lot of options in Sioux Lookout on where they can build.
Monteith says they still expect to break ground on the $30-million school in the spring of 2015.
