Employees of the Thunder Bay Chronicle-Journal have endorsed a new contract.
The 150 workers will get a four percent wage increase over three years.
The agreement was approved by workers even though their union did not recommend acceptance.
Newspaper owners say the deal recognizes what is expected to be another difficult year for Canadian newspapers.
The Chronicle-Journal has bureaus in Dryden and Marathon.
