The provincial government warns the public is being put at risk during the public service strike.
Management Board Chair David Tsubouchi says some lab tests are not being done and medications are not being delivered properly since the strike began Wednesday.
No new contract talks are scheduled between the two sides.
The union is asking for a five percent wage hike over three years while the province is offering 1.95 percent over the same period.
There are about four thousand civil servants on the picket lines in Northwestern Ontario.
