Nishnawbe-Aski Getting FedNor Money

The Nishnawbe-Aski Development Fund is getting over $574,000 to support a number of local activities.
A bulk of the FedNor cash will be used to fund the Community Futures
Development Corporations ongoing operations.
Aas well, a specialist will visit area First Nations and help them
establish resource-based projects focusing on forestry, mining and energy.
A chunk of the cash will also go to non-profit organizations.
