No one was injured in an early morning blaze on Airport Road in Dryden.
Wabigoon, Oxdrift and Dryden Fire Crews were called to the house fire around 3:30.
Chief Darryl Herbert says thankfully a working smoke alarm prevented a major tragedy.
Firefighters are still at the blaze and traffic may be delayed on Airport Road.
