Aspiring drivers waiting to get their licences are out of luck again today.
Talks between the United Steelworkers union, which represents Ontario’s driving examiners, and their employer Serco DES are at an impasse.
That means DriveTest Centres across the province will remain closed.
The examiners walked off the job Friday night.
Job security is a sticking point in the negotiations.
