No new fires. Yet.

So far so good for the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Information Officer Debbie MacLean says they have no reports of new fires from Monday’s intense lightning strikes.
She cautions that with the amount of rainfall received & cool temperatures, it could be several days before any smoldering fires erupt as the forest dries out.
