Provincial Police have laid charges following a single vehicle crash on Highway 17, about 20-kilometres west of White River.
Police say an eastbound transport lost control and flipped over while attempting to round a curve around 11:30 last night.
The truck blocked both lanes of the highway.
The driver received minor injuries and has been charged with careless driving.
OPP say the Trans-Canada was closed for nearly 3-hours as a result.
The Ministry of Environment was also contacted to deal with a small amount of diesel fuel that leaked from the transport.
