A number of issues will be brought to the forefront as the Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce Spring Meeting kicks off tonight in Kenora.
NOACC President Kelli Gothard-McKinnon says the regional economic dependence on the forestry sector will be addressed during the 4 day Conference.
The future of snowmobile trails and energy concerns will also be discussed.
Gothard-McKinnon adds that delegates will also draft a paper calling on the Province to make an announcement on tax incentive zones and grow bonds when the next budget is released.
