Several members of Dryden Council are in Thunder Bay today for the start of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association Convention.
About 200 Municipal leaders are expected to take part in the 3 day Conference.
President Lynn Peterson says they have a long list of issues that will be discussed, including money for infrastructure programs, the high cost of Long Term Care and Public Health and even Softwood Lumber.
Peterson adds that as a result of all of this, property owners across the region are being forced to bear the burden of added costs.
5 Cabinet Ministers will be attending.
