NOMA Praises New Deal

The President of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association is praising a deal that will give local politicians a voice at the table.
Earlier this week, Premier McGuinty stated municipal leaders would have a say when Senior Governments discuss issues affecting Cities and Towns.
Dennis Brown says in the past they have been left in the dark as they often found out about Government decisions after they were implemented.
Brown adds future decisions won’t be dominated by Southern Ontario interests.
