We’re paying way too much for gas these days.
That’s the feeling of the President of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association.
Dave Canfield says with oil selling for about $52 a barrel, there is no way we should be paying the prices we are paying now.
Canfield is accusing the oil companies of gouging consumers.
He says gas stations aren’t the ones to blame because it’s the oil companies that actually set the price of gas in each market.
