The President of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association is expressing his thanks to outgoing Kenora MP Greg Rickford.
Dave Canfield says Rickford was always focused on improving local communities and always came to the forefront with federal dollars.
Canfield says they had a close working relationship and he made things happen.
The Kenora Mayor calls him an “excellant MP”, noting he “worked his butt off.”
Canfield says Rickford’s strength was working with area Mayor’s.
