The Dryden Regional Health Centre has launched a program aimed at eliminating exposure to second hand smoke.
All in-patients and staff members are eligible for the protocol which offers education and follow up support for people wanting to quit smoking.
Committee Chair Darlene Furlong says the health centre is showing leadership with the program.
Ten staffers have been trained by the Regional Cancer Centre in Thunder Bay.
