Treaty #3 Debate Rages On

The Grand Chief of Treaty #3 wants to clear the air.
Leon Jourdain is challenging Indian Affairs Minister Bob Nault to a debate over Treaty #3 governance issues.
Nault says no more funding will be forthcoming for the governance initiative, because not enough progress has been made in the past five years.
However, Jourdain feels they have made progress on the governance initiative and wants to continue.
Jourdain suggests its time both sides sit down and discuss their differences.
He adds its disappointing that Nault is witholding 1.5-million dollars.
