A 39 year old North Spirit Lake First Nations man is
charged with second degree murder.
Last weekend, Nishinawbe Aski police were advised a 18
year old man was struck by a vehicle. The teenager
succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Bruce Rae will be held in custody pending his court appearance.
Police are also investigating a suspected arson to the
Rae residence.
NAPS and the Ontario Provincial Police continue to
investigate.
