The Thunder Bay North Stars are 1-1 at the Dudley Hewitt Cup.
The North Stars came out flat and couldn’t recover in a 4-1 loss to the Wellington Dukes Wednesday afternoon.
The Dukes scored three times in the first period and added an insurance goal in the second to chase Brandon Bodnar on only 18-shots.
Thunder Bay was outshot 30-18.
Both teams are now 1-1.
