Northern Mill Set to Reopen

The idled Cascades Mill in Thunder Bay could be making paper again by
mid-March.
Thunder Bay Fine Papers says it’s close to finalizing a deal to purchase
the Mill and notes the plant could be open by month’s end.
The Company says over a dozen investors have thrown their
support behind the project and notes December 14th is the closing date of
the sale.
340 jobs are expected to be created.
