Northerners Support Green Energy Act

A study prior to the last week’s passing of the Green Energy Act says Ontario residents will embrace it.
Support was strongest in Northern Ontario where 93% of people said they supported the act.
Mike Layton with Environmental Defense says there was also a strong suggestion that residents would also invest in green energy initiatives.
The legislation promises to create thousands of jobs and make more room for renewable energy.
