This summer is the time to bring the family out and play.
That’s a message from the Northwestern Health Unit and their Summer Family Play Pass, a card that gives you points for being active that goes towards medals and prizes.
Spokesperson Elaine Fischer says the idea is to get families up and moving and spending some fun time together.
Fischer notes every community has a lot to offer.
The pass can be picked up at any Health Unit office and the pass runs from July 1st to August 21st.
