Running, biking, skiing and snow shoeing across the country for a good cause.
That’s what Ex Olympian Steve O’Brien is doing as he raises awareness for children’s causes.
O’Brien stopped in Dryden this past week.
He urged parents to take time to listen to their kids and give them the support needed if they need a shoulder to lean on.
The travel is also to raise awareness of the Steve O’Brien Foundation which he says benefits children across the country.
He started the trip on April 12th in Victoria, B.C. and plans to finish in St. John’s, Newfoundland on December 12th.
