Northwestern Ontario Biathletes Wrap-up Games Experience

The Canada Winter Games in Halifax have come to an end for a trio of racers from Northwestern, Ontario. In Men’s Biathalon competition Nicolas Dumontier of Red Lake finished 17th in the 12.5 K Pursuit race while Kjell Schmidt of Minnitaki ended in 32nd. Candace Glowa of Dryden wrapped up her competition with the 10K Pursuit finishing in 27th. Dumontier had finishes of 13th and 20th in his previous events, Schmidt finished 31st in both of his other events while Glowa turned in 27th and 28th place finishes.
