Matt Pearson, one of the owners of Sleeping Giant Brewing in Thunder Bay, says it gives his company a much better playing field than before.
Pearson says, while they don’t want to discredit what the LCBO has done for craft beer, allowing a new retail channel is long overdue.
He notes his company is already growing at a rate which allows them to hire one full-time person a month.
