NORWOSSA “A” Court Sport Results

The Thomas Aquinas Saints ruined the perfect season for the Atikokan Voyageur Junior Boys Volleyball team.
The hometown Saints beat the Voyageurs in 4 sets to capture the NORWOSSA ‘A’ title last week.
(21-25, 25-20, 25-22, 25-23).
The win gave the Kenora based school the court sport sweep.
The Senior Boys swept passed Whitefish Bay
in the finals.
(25-19, 25-14, 25-23).
In Junior Girls Basketball, Thomas Aquinas snuck past the Sioux Lookout Warriors 50-38 to take the title.
Stacy Lukye was the top scorer for the Warriors with 15 points.
In Senior Girls Basketball, The Saints beat Sioux Lookout 38-28.
Bryanne Minty was tops for the Warriors with 9 points.
