NOSM Receives International Award

The Northern Ontario School of Medicine is on the receiving end of an award that recognizes good work in medical education.
The ASPIRE award touches on four key areas: organization and function of the school, education of medical doctors, research activities and impact on communities served.
Dean Dr. Roger Stasser says it’s an exceptional honor for NOSM to be acknowledged as a global leader in social accountability and medical education.
The award was presented at an annual conference in Prague, Czech Republic.
